The Ministry of Pacific Island Affairs has commissioned independent reviews of the research paper, ."Discussion paper: New Zealand immigration policy." released in May 2008 by Dr Greg Clydesdale of Massey University. Dr Clydesdale issued this paper as part of a three-year study programme, ."Growing pains: the valuation and cost of human capital."
